Calgary Bin Rental Solutions for Every Type of Cleanup

Requests we receive for bins are as varied as there are people in Calgary and surrounding area, so we just wanted to let you know the kind of requests and how we solve it. As our motto says, “Let go of your junk”.

Half of our business is residential, and the rest is commercial and contractors. We serve homeowners, contractors and large corporations, condo boards and private and public enterprise. Many of our customers are repeat from our earliest days, many from day one. It’s always a pleasure to hear from customers going way back.

HOUSEHOLD

Our most common residential request is household cleanup that may include purging as the family has grown up or just a general seasonal cleanup. Family members joining or leaving requires making space or ridding of beds, furniture and things of longer in use taking up space. New furniture means old furniture goes. Cluttered basements get cleaned out.

Yards can get filled with piles of brush, clippings, wood, broken tools and other debris and material. Garages filled with unused items make way for the cars now parked in the driveway.

Some customers tell us they’ve been putting cleanups off and look forward to a tidy house once again. This is a normal cycle we can all relate to.

RENOVATIONS

Homeowners doing their own DIY jobs need bins for the debris that generates. A kitchen can easily use up one of our 15yd or 20yd bins. Bathroom renovations the same. Carpets and flooring are bulky and take a bin easily. Having a bin right there outside saves time instead of piling it for later removal and keeps the work-flow going and watch it disappear when your project is done.

Jobs like removing old decks, fences, sheds and even garages likewise can require our 20yd bin or several for larger structures.

We also handle sod, soil, concrete, brick and other such material keeping in mind these are heavy materials requiring special instructions for loading the bin – keep in mind, if you need it gone, we can do it.

MOVING

Opportunities lie when moving time arrives. Especially for downsizing. You discover much of the things spread throughout your home won’t fit in a smaller home. Often its things you didn’t know you had and ready to let go of. This reduces the cost and headache of moving and makes preparing your new home so much easier.

LANDLORDS

Rental properties are a great investments but once in a while can present a nightmare when tenants do the “midnight run” or ended their lease with a fine mess for you to deal with. It’s more common than you might expect and we’re prepared to make that cleanup as easy as possible. If you have your own crew, we will supply you with extra bins as needed without delay. If you use our Junk Removal Package, we’ll handles extra bins as needed for you. Most landlord cleanups can take from 4 to 8 hours – ask us for details.

HOARDING

Families sometimes handle hoardings on behalf of a family member or friend and like landlord cleanups, depending on the scale, can take from 4 hours to several days. We make special arrangements for health and safety reasons as needed and can supply a series of bins as requested. We also provide our Junk Removal Package with a 2-man crew to take the load off yourself that many customers opt for.

CONTRACTORS AND COMMERCIAL PROJECTS AND DEMOLITION

We have loyal renovation and roofing contractors going back to our earliest days and we’re told it’s our service and pricing that keeps them coming back. Renovation contractors may have several projects on the go that we supply our bins for as needed. We understand workflow so we take that seriously. Demolition jobs also require good timing and we work with crews to make sure the workflow goes smoothly.
